We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, nightwear, sleepwear, or intimate sets cannot be returned once worn or tried on.
  • Customized or sale items are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive our return address and instructions.
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed as:

  • Store credit for future purchases, or
  • Exchange for another product.

Cash refunds are only offered for incorrect or damaged items.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you received the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit immediately.
